We welcome you every Tuesdays and Thursday 8:30am – 9:45am.
For today you can choose health, movement, happiness and awareness.
Our morning classes will offer you an opportunity to strengthen your body (asana/physical postures),
calm and focus your mind (meditation/concentration techniques) and bring awareness to your breath
(pranayama/ breathing techniques).
These practices are accessible to anyone who is willing to learn. Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga.
Join us and explore the benefits of these yogic practices and how to integrate them into your daily life.
